Search activity

Orbim may record a search query, selected filters and order, the result count, the first page of photograph codes, and clicks on those results. These records help understand which searches work and which return no results. The search analytics collection has an automatic deletion policy of 180 days.

Download activity

When Orbim issues a link to a publicly available download, it may record the photograph code, requested size, file dimensions and approximate file size, and time of issuance. Issuing a link does not confirm that a file transfer completed. These analytics records have an automatic deletion policy of 180 days.

Accounts and licensing requests

Orbim accounts use a shared identity with Lunar Boom. Orbim keeps its own membership, profile details, saved photograph codes, and marketing preference. Shared identity fields include your email, name, sign-in methods, and password security state. An Orbim profile may include profession, country, organization, primary use, and social links.

A licensing request stores the photograph code, the contact details and intended use you provide, a request reference, status, and dates. Requests from signed-in members are linked to their account; guest requests are not. Orbim currently gives guests a reference on screen and does not send request or verification emails.

Site preferences and service providers

The light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser as orbim-theme. Orbim runs its website on Vercel and serves public display images through Cloudflare. These services may process technical request information needed to deliver the site and images.
